I have a 01 88" train running slash cut pipes stock carb with s/s high flow air cleaner.
What are the best cams I should run??

Depends on where in the RPM range you want the power and how much money you want to spend. I put the Andrews 26 in my 95" build, good midrange cam. With head work, V&H 2-1, it ran me $1400. You could do a cam only for about $400 - $500 if you DIY. Then there's the chain tensioner/camplate/oil pump issue that you should deal with.All goes back to budget.
