You might be able to fit a bigger torx socket in there, or cut the head off, remove everything thing , then put a pair of vice grips on the stud or double nut the stud. That sucks dude, or maybe weld a regular bolt to the head there. good luck

fire up the bike and worm up the bolt then try to get it out the heat will expand the metal

maybe run the motor until it is hot then smack the end of the bolt with a drift to shock it loose then try the vice grips while the motor is still hot.
One has to be careful when putting steel bolts into aluminum heads etc use never seize or the steel and aluminum will eventually seize together, malox works well for never seize.

the larger Torx bit idea might work since it should have more grip on those edges. otherwise you could always drill the thing out..

Do you have enough room to cut a slot in it with a die grinder? Then take it out with a #3 or #4 flathead screwdriver.

Default thanks guys

I used this for the reason to buy a new tool. I have been wanting a dremmel for some time lol. it took 2 disks to cut it off sliped the clamp off stud cut a slot in it used the screw driver to get it out. whatever locktite the builder used was so hard it jammed in the hole in the clamp and that was caused it to jam up. new dermmel 50 bucks 4 new bolts $2.94 at Ace (harley wanted $12 for bolts and wouldnt be here for 3 days) riding this pig priceless (RAIN GO THE F@#K AWAY LOL)

I had a stuck bolt the other day. I couldn't get it to budge even with a torque wrench. Ended up stripping out the head of the bolt. So I busted out the torch and I heated the bolt up, not the part it was in. Once it got red hot I heard it POP and vice grips easily removed the stuck bolt.

You only want enough heat so it transfers to the threads, but don't heat the part, heat the bolt.
