Do you have a load equalizer?
Might want to check that, make sure it's not damaged.

What running lights... are you talking about front auxillary lights or just your brake light and turn signals staying on?

Usually when a fuse blows like that it indicates a short. check the hot wire in the system under your rear fender... tires rub that harness all the time.

My turn signals, brake lights and running lights are all the same on the front and the rear.....and no load equalizer....I guess I'll start by taking off the fender and go from there....thanks for the ideas....I'll let you know what i find or if i have to give up and take it somewhere!!
