My dad is looking to get a heritage and I found a great deal on an 04 with 13000 miles. What I'm wanting to know is there anything we need to look out for on this model. The guy says it is all stock. Thanks
I love my 04, bought it with 5k miles, mostly stock with a gang of chrome.
Hopefully the one he is considering is fuel injected. Some don't like the
injected models, this is my second one and I have had no problems at all.
I'm 67 and its super comfortable for me. Good luck in your quest!
I have a 2004 heritage carb bike. It's great. Love the way you ride in the bike not on it. It;s very comfortable with the stock seat but I would try another brand seat at a later date. I have taken 1300 mile trips no issue. I would check out those cam chain tensioners but mine where not bad at 40,000km. I did upgrade them to the Herko Kit and would recommend this kit.
If it's a good deal buy it and ride it like you stole it. You will not regret it.
