Default Goin rate for an 03 heritage
Its got 63k miles on it... Whats it worth? Has V&H exhaust and a few other add ons.. looks to be pretty clean..

8-9 grand.

Figure you're gonna throw around a grand in it to replace the cam chain tensioners

Well that makes me feel better... Guy has it priced about right then... and yeah Im figuring the cam chain tensioners are gonna have to get replaced...

I'd offer 7, tell him you'll have to replace the tensioners. He'd probably go for the deal, or keep looking around.

It's a buyers market, tons of good deals to be had out there

I would keep looking...I got my 03 two years ago with 1350 miles for 11,500

There is an 03 in ebay with 3 miles on it for 34,000.00 and no bids.

63K miles means is just a used 9 to 10 year old bike. 8k tops.

I think I can get it for around 7k. Im just looking to ride for about a year or so, til I am in a better spot to buy what I really want...

Low ball the guy and tell him that's a *** ton of miles lol. It really is a buyers market so he probly wants to sell more than you want to buy...if i was buying right before winter i would low ball like crazy.
