Has anyone found chrome tapered front wheel spacers for the Rocker C? Searched high and low on the web site and everywhere in between.. no idea why harley dicontinued them....pain in the A**....I bought the factory chrome wheel for my rocker and am trying to find the chrome spacers.. Thanks for any info....!!
I got mine in 08. I've seen others asking and being told the part was discontinued.
I guess not enough of a market for third party replacements.
Mine also do not fit the aftermarket 21" wheel, so I'm considering having the right side spacer milled down to fit.
A shoulder on the hub doesn't allow the spacer to fit as stock. I'm running the plain jane spacers ATM.
It's gonna take some looking. I bought the rears on ebay, couldn't find the fronts to save my life. For the hell of it, I went to my local dealer. I like their parts people anyway, but somehow they had them the next day! This was just a few months ago. Don't let your dealer tell you they can't find them, they're just being lazy.
lazyboy09, Those lok great...exactly what I need . Like I have said..i bought the factory chrome rim and those tapered spacers are the perfect fit. Gonna try the dealer later today...
J33ptj - that is just plain cruel man.....
If your local dealer won't/can't find them, I can give you the number for my dealer. They literally found them in about 1 minute and had them in my hand the very next day.
What I don't understand is why they didn't just put them on the bike to begin with. To me it seems smarter to avoid the cost of making two different style spacers. They could have jacked the cost of the bike up a few bucks. At what they sold for new, nobody would have noticed a few more dollars!
Well I am happy to say that I am picking up these puppies this morning. My dealer gave me the natioal search list. I had about 70 to 80 dealers on there. Found them about 20 miles away......yeah...I was obsessing a little bit... Thanks for the repiles!!
