Default Quick question about D&D Fatcat installation

Quick question to gain some insight. I've got the Fatcat loosely bolted on my Fatboy. I've got easy access to all the exhaust flange bolts for torquing except the top one of the rear cylinder. Took a bunch of messing around with two fingers just to get the bolt on the stud, but it appears that it may be too tight to get a rachet with extension in there to actually tighten and torque it down.
Anyone else face this temporary setback? Any idea's on what to use to get in there to tighten and torque it down? Thanks in advance for any idea's and advice.
Edit: Yes, the heatshields are installed. and tightened down, came shipped that way and the installation instructions don't mention anything about taking them off during installation.

Take the heat shield off for easier access.

It's only a few screws. I'd also imp[lore you to make sure your 02 sensor bolts are tight if you are not running 02 sensors as I lost one on the freeway right after isntall due to not checking if they were in tight.

Not using them. Took them out, cleaned them, and re-installed using red locktite to keep them in.

Red Locktite will burn off in the pipes, don't count on that being enough to keep the plugs tight. check them periodically. And yet, I removed the heat shields as well.

Just doing what's in the instructions. If it becomes a problem, I'll toss a spot weld on 'em.
