Same... I'm 41 and I think Black pipes make a bike look "tougher" just like black rims on a vehicle tend to... honestly it depends on the bike, but black pipes simply have more "attitude" in my opinion.

That bike will look gorgeous with either set of pipes. In my opinion black pipes would be best because it will compliment the black in the paint scheme and adds some contrast to all the chrome on the engine. To me, the matte-finished black pipes give an impression of serious power from the engine whereas shiny black will would give it a show bike quality. Whatever you choose, you've got one hell of a beautiful scooter!
