Default dyna bead question

Waiting on dyna beads to come so I can install. Having a lot of vibration at higher speeds on my flstc. I have spoke rims and tubes. Dyna bead site says to just insert through valve stem. This might be a stupid question but dont I need to let the air out first?

Air out. Let them roll slowly down the tube and into the tire. Just put tome in my rear tire on Saturday., I use a dre4mel against the tube the roll through to keep them from jamming up in the valve stem.

are you sure you have a tire balance issue? If you have checked everything over, disregard the question. All 4 HDs I have owned have had laced wheels/tubes and I never have had a vibe associated with tires.

Not sure if its a balance problem but Ive checked everything else and this is a cheap fix that cant hurt. New tires and rims(installed by previous owner) and no weights.

You have to remove the valve stem air valve to install them in the tubes and it is kind of tedious and time comsuming getting the beads in with out it plugging up the valve stem opening. It did smooth my bike out noticeably.

With front tire, depending on tire size, a 1oz. bag of dyna beads should be all you need. I was skeptical myself the first time. Make sure to have the tire properly inflated after putting dyna beads in tube. They will not clump up and form any lumps. now they will collect at the bottom of the tire when sitting idle but will do their job. I would not recommend using them on a tire that is not fairly new. Haven't tried them in a back tire yet..

Just finished putting in beads and rides nice a lot smoother at high speeds. Had a hard time getting them to go into tube tires. I even tried putting them in with my fingers a few at a time and still would clog . I called distributor and was told sometimes with tubes you need to run a 1/8 drill thru the valve to open it up. Ran a drill thru both valves and beads went in nice and easy. Thought I'd post it in case anyone else has this problem
