Default Performance Difference?

So I really like the look of the blackline exhaust and all the aftermarket stuff I've seen just doesnt compare, imo.

But in the interest of performance and sound, i'm considering some slip-ons.

My question: Is there any difference (significant, marginal, whatever) in performance between a full exhaust system and slip-ons?

Thanks.

On a stock motor there will be some difference but not huge. The more work done on the motor the larger the difference will become. If you just want louder and love your pipes then slip ons are the way to go.

There is a company, American Custom Exhaust I think, that will modify your stock mufflers to suit you. Look them up and see if they can do yours. With a stock motor you'll be fine that way.

Might look into just changing the baffles. I am not sure if you can with those particular pipes, but it is a possibility. I will bet someone here knows.
