Default Twin Cam Bolt List

Does anyone have a complete list (head type, length, and thread) of the screws and bolts for all of the covers, etc. for a Twin Cam 88 that I could use to order them from an online supplier that doesn't have "sets"?

Thanks.

I just went through the service manul and there doesn't seem to be any kind of listing like that in there.
So I'm not sure where or how your likely to be able to find one, maybe somebody else might know and tell us both.
I'm assuming that your looking for those sizes so you can get chromed ones to replace the dull cad plated parts that HD puts the bikes together with, right?
If you are then I think you might want to check out a couple of places I found for that kind of thing.

Diamond Engineering ( http://www.depss.com/ )

South Coast Stainless ( http://www.southcoaststainless.com/onlinecatalog.htm )

They don't have chrome bolts but they do sell whole kits of polished stainless steel bolts.
Good high grade Stainless is at least as strong as anything required by HD and has the added virtue of being virtually maintenance free.
The down side is that good high quality stainless is also going to cost a bit more.

Have fun.

Thanks for the links...

Yes, polished stainless would be nice...

But I'm going to try chrome and see if I can use Chrome Paint after I nick them with my tools to keep them from rusting...

I only have a couple of the first set that I installed that are giving me any rust problem... they were purchased from my dealer which is why I'm looking at another source... quality and cost.

Go out and pick up a copy of the current issue of Hot Bike magazine, the one with the pic of the orange bagger with yellow flames on it.
They have great timeing as there is a tech article in there about bolts and chrome.
Strange part is the contents page has it on page 150, but its actually on page 152. Seems like they may have screwed the whole mag up as all the page listings are off by a couple of pages.
Nice part is you can keep it for future reference.

Have Fun. [sm=biker2.gif]
