Front Wobble...left = ok, right = wobble

Front Wobble...left = ok, right = wobble
So..I have a slight wobble on my xbones.
when riding on the highway (at speed)...i took a look at the front tire.
Left side is straight..no wobble at all
on the Right side...the tire seems to wobble.
it looks like almost the tire has a bulge or something? What could also do this?
Spokes?, something bent?
I can only see/feel it when going above 55+mph.
Wondering what else it could be. I want to have some knowledge before i take it to an indy or dealer so they dont take me for $ on something simple.
Any help or possible suggestions on what could be causing this would help me a lot.
