Default Will this fit ?

Been looking at part no. 43975-98 (21'' inch front wheel) on a craigslist ad but the seller says the only thing he knows is that on the box it says "fits 1984 and later FXST". Anybody know ? Or should I just call a local HD dealer ?

The kit's instructions say "These wheels are designed to fit 1984 and later FXST, FXSTC,
FXSTS, FXSTSB, FXSTB and 1993 and later FXDWG models.
Does not fit FXLR, FXR2, or XL Custom models. See Service
Parts for kit contents.
43975-98 is a chrome wheel kit.
43773-99 is a satin and black wheel kit."

Should fit. Pretty much any front wheel with a wide glide hub will fit so long as you have a 3/4" axle. If it's got a single flange for the rotor will be the only deciding factor.

The only thing that would concern me is... The 84-99 wheels the hubs are not as wide as 200 and up... When I was researching springers I noticed all of the aftermarket springers say you need to use a 84-99 foot wheel because of the spacing of the brake rotor. So I'm assuming the hubs from 84-99 are slightly more narrow then 2000-2006. You may want to check on that first.
