I'm running a HD Bullet head light now.
I agree with Kowan, don't waste your money on a trim ring use the HD Bullet Headlight.

+1 mike and 08 Rock - It will fit but barely grabs on...I have rode 10K+ with it and still have a headlight and no problems with it. I do have a small nick on it from when I had the stupid windshield rubbed on it ....
