Default Beach Bars ?

Lookin at putting some beach bars on my fatboy lo and was wondering..... Which is better the HD beach bars or the wild1 beach bars? If another brand pops in to mind let me know. I want them in black and really wanna know the cost factor of the swap. Will there need to be cables changed or not? I can do the change out myself so not worried about that part. Thanks for the info in advance.

Cables, yes. Risers, with beach bars I would put 1.75" tall risers on. Im not sure what are on your bike now. Is the stock bar 7/8" diameter? If so the wild1s are 7/8" where they clamp. Out side the clamp the bars are 1.25". Get ahold of Hill Country Customs for complete kit. Bars, cables, controls. Killer prices. Just be sure to put poly bushings in under the risers. You will have a lot of leverage with the beach bars.

I put a set of the Baron's Custom Big Johnson bars and loved them. No cables were needed, and they rode superb. I have had bikes in the past also with both the Burly beach bars and wild one and prefer the BJ bar over both.

Burly Bikini Beach Bars. 1" bars, changed risers (2" L.A.Choppers). Needed longer cables.

I installed the HD Beach bars, and they didn't disapoint me. Good quality, perfect riding position. Needed to change all cabling, which was quite expensive...
