Why isn’t there a low profile tank console for 2011?

Why isn’t there a low profile tank console for 2011?

I am wondering if anyone can tell me the difference between the 2010 and the 2011 consoles.

I want the low profile tank console but it’s not around for the 2011 bikes.

Why is that?

Do any of you guys know of any other options?

It might be one of those parts that fits but is not listed as fitting. The only difference I can think of is the new LAN wiring system. I want an answer too.

the 2010 consoles have the button on the side to rotate through mileage, range, trip a, trip b, and the clock, on the 2011's that button is moved to the top of the horn.. i would assume that the consoles for the 2010's would fit, but you would need a plug for that hole on the side.
