Where did you find them for $310? Also, do the heat shield cover the ceramic well so you see mostly chrome and how durable has the ceramic proven to be? Don't want rust.

The pipes seem to be coated pretty well. as far as heat shield coverage the cover 98% I only see a little bit of the pipes at the front head connection, and I mean very little. The pipes them selves are a shinny silver ceramic so with chrome heat shields it will not even be noticeable. Check out ebay for some of the best prices. $325.00 for chrome. There are some listed for $299.00 free shipping but they are silver ceramic with 1.5 baffles not chrome.
Just be sure that you find the right ones, ie Chrome,Black, or Silver. I think you will like the 1.75 baffle over the 1.5. The 1.75 have a really nice rumble and bark pretty good when you get on the throttle. Putting thru town they have set off a couple of car alarms but at cruising speed they are not overly loud or obnoxious.
$310 delivered - they look awesome, but they are in the box until we get a programmer to ensure we don't run hot/lean after the install
We wanted the crossover system, in chrome, with the slash tips (not stright cut) w/ 1.75 baffles so that is a little more than the normal systems that are stright cut
