I know I know, another ape question. Just wanted to get some thoughts. I just ordered RSD King Ape 16" with 1-1/2" riser. It's going on my deluxe. Now these are my first apes. I am going from stock. I am 5'9", will these be too high for me?

Side note, ordered the samson true dual fish tail 39" and the PM fast air intake to go with it. I'll post pics after I get everything done.

 

I'm 5'9" and run Carlini 16" apes which are more like 18"'s. The RSD bars curve down quite a bit at the grips so I think you will be fine.

awesome..thanks man. Was thinking about the 12" vintage, knew I would prob regret it if I didn't go with the 16". Can't wait till they finally get here and get them on.

 

u'll definitely be fine with 16's...i'm 5'8" and run 16" Carlini's...like drew said, they measure even higher and i'm real comfortable with them
