Default Low Ride

Guys i just bought my first Harley!! Its a 1998 Fatboy. My question is the guy i bought it from has it lowered very low. There not even any give when i sit on it. When i looked under it i see 2 threaded rods coming from the shocks will the raise the bike back up to normal height or at least close??

Yes, those threaded bolts should get you back close to stock ride height. If the front is lowered too, just make sure you don't raise the rear too high!
