How about having the front-end extremities (handle bars, lowers, headlight trim ring) chromed with the sliders, triple tree wraps and headlight housing blacked out? Would kinda fit the theme of the wheels, mufflers, rotors and pulley?

Absolutely love what you've done with the bike Shane! Also think the rear fender looks great. I may be looking into one of those (another winter upgrade). Keep us informed on future upgrades.

But that crack in the paint at the tip of the rear fender is buggingme. I'm debating putting this Kury fender tip on to hide it:

Only one thing that I spotted,you didnt spill enough oil other than that you should be proud. If you are satisfied then no one else matters.

Oh, I spilled plenty when I opened the cam chest. I couldn't believe how much missed the oil pan. Finally had to break open that bag of kitty litter I bought like, a year ago.

Have always heard that Japan has some very restrictive laws concerning large displacement motorcycles. Any truth in this? What does a Harley cost over there? Just curious. Nice bike. Nice to see someone that jumps in and just does it. Most people get work like that done.
