I ran Amsoil 20w50 Syn in my 05 Roadking for many miles in all 3 holes, worked well. I switched to Mobile 1 syn in all 3 holes, easier to find neutral, clunked in less and motor ticking cut in half and runs cooler. I have used Mobile 1 in my 07 E/glide and now my 2011 Heritage Classic with great results. I wont use anything else all the way thru, easy to use, no mind games.
Ditto..
After trying a couple of oils that our dealer said to use I switched to Mobil 1 V twin in the Motor and Primary and Mobil 1 GL 75-90 in the tranny.
I tried some 80-145 GL but it was way to stiff to shift till she warmed up. I didn't like it at all.
She still has a clunck, but its not as loud as before. To me it does shift a lot better, smoother and quieter. For me the Mobil Syn is what I am staying with.

I have nothing but good to say on the Mobile 1. I tried several combinations and brands and weights. This stuff does the job better then anything I have tried.
