Unhappy Problem with Radiantz taillamp

I purchased Badlands complete LED kit for my 2008 Fatboy (with a security system). I installed the load equalizer (r/s/b) just fine and replaced my turn signal bulbs. Everything works perfectly. The problem comes when I install the Radiantz rear LED light assembly. When I install it, and after running the motor, the security system goes crazy flashing the lights and running the fuel pump at approx 5 second intervals. I put the factory taillight back in the the problem went away, place the new unit back in the the problem returns.

Looking at the wiring harnesses of the two, the Harley part part has three wires leading from the plug to the light with one pin having no wire. The Radiantz part has the same three wires but it ALSO has an orange jumper connecting pins 1 and 2 (with pin two being the one that does not have a wire going to it on the Harley part).

I don't want to cut the jumper without first talking to Badlands, but being the weekend that probably won't happen. So what do you think?

Wait till Monday to trouble shoot with the company. Throw the stock one back on and ride it.

Thanks all. Wait I will. Looking at the wiring diagram, the first pin is used for Domestic bikes, and the second pin is for HDI (harley davidson international ??). My wild ask guess is that the security system does not appreciate the jumper from pin 1 to 2. If the jumper is required for the lamp to function, back it will go. I can always go with the HD part.

Just an update. Dan from Badlands got right back to me with the answer. I had to clip the jumper wire from pin 1 to 2. Apparently Badlands does this on all Radiantz lights, but mine got drop shipped to me directly so the wire was still in place.

I am very impressed with the help I received from Dan and others at Badlands. Good experience.
