I'm getting more compression just from looking at Weevil's avatar, myself. I don't think I had to go to thinner gaskets, either! I certainly don't want to blow a gasket.

At 1600 km mine goes back in for it's final dyno run...I should ask for a print out or something. But as a engine noob, when I was asked what I want out of my stage 2 kit, low end torque since I am not one to go over 100 mph much. Therefore the 255 cam was recommended, and no regrets now. Passing blind spots with thunder and lightning plus getting to 60 mph with just a few gears is what the doctor ordered for me. The bike starts to scream around 3k rpms, therefore one can imagine that it doesnt take long for the torque to kick in.

I am still pinching myself every time the light turns green.

Love these upgrade threads... I plan to have some work done on my Deluxe this winter to resolve cam tensioner concerns and gain some modest performance improvement. But first priority for me is to maintain reliability(!)
