Default Need more leg room

I have a 02 Standard and I put a new HD sundowner seat on it, for a better ride for me and my wife. But now i feel cramp, like it push me forward and I need more leg room. My knees are higher then my hips. So I was thinking about getting an extended forward control. Need help with which one to get and how far to push them out. Looking for ideas and opinions.

There are +2" and +3" kits available. How tall are you?

When I had my 2002 Night Train, I put the Arlen Ness 3-inch kit. It worked perfect. Your feet will move 3 inches forward, and your knees will go down a bit.
The kit comes with everything you need to move both foot controls forward.
I'm 6'0" tall, and it wasn't very comfortable to ride until I put the extension kit.
