On a side note, and this is totally honest no bs, my head still hurts and my left shoulder, which I had surgery on before a few years ago is really, really hurting all over again. She has no insurance, and I didn't have medical on mine, I'm so screwed in that way, don't know what to do.

In Va. ( I don't know about other states) if you have any outside form of personal medical insurance you don't have to have it on your vehicle policy for yourself.
I didn't know you could have insurance without medical coverage. This should be a lesson to everyone; assume anyone who hits you will be uninsured. Will your policy cover you for medical and other damages? Every state is different when it comes to insurance. When I bought mine I asked the agent about different scenarios and asked if I would be covered. It's worth the extra dollars for peace of mind.Anyway, they should throw the scumbag b!tch in jail and throw away the key. More importantly, good health to you.
