Well ive been patiently waiting for my 8.5" wheel for my blackline, it finally arrived today and its wrong! They sent a non ABS wheel for my ABS bike, they got the front right but the rear is wrong. The ABS bearing is wider so I cant just swap them out, gonna find out tomorrow what the deal is. Ok rant over.
You got to wonder how this chit happens. you hear another horror story every day. what ever happen to quality control. we pay top dollar for this stuff and have to have all this aggravation to go with it. Hopefully you will get it made right with out any hassles.
Email me and I will put you in touch with a freind over there to help get it straightened out as quickly as possible. DREW@DRVTWIN.COM. Take note, I did not sell this rim to the OP of the thread either. Just making my connections work for people with problems.
What most people do not understand about this industry is that many of the parts are not made until ordered and that causes dealy inteh delivery of the product. There are numerous possibilites of fitment and design and obviously some of these are either missed by the selling party or the manufacturer. This is a a "custom" industry no one company has the ability of funds to stock absolutely everything that they sell with the economy in the state that it is.
That being said of all the positions I have held in my time this industry probably experiences more issues than all of the others put together due to the numerous applications of each product such as wheels.

Whatever the reasons I feel your pain. Very dissapointing after waiting anxiously. Hey we grow up and lose the magic of Xmas. Waiting for our bike mods is all we have left : )
I didn't mind the wait but for them to send me the wrong thing is a different story. All it's missing is tha ABS bearing but still I paid big money for these rims and I expect them to be right what kind of quality control do you have if as soon as I saw it I knew it was wrong. Hopefully they will get it straightened out asap.
Thanks for the help drew, my parts guy is also trying to get this figured out too I hope it's as simple as changing the bearing and the spacer in the wheel.
