What will be your winter mods?
I just picked up my '09 new-to-me Heritage Softail. I'm contemplating some winter mods:
Quiet Baffles for V&H exhaust
Handlebar risers
Convert to bullet turn signals
LEDs for all lights
Do something with a/c football
Do something with license plate
Extreme detailing
What are you planning?

I am going with:
14-16" Apes
2 in 2 exhaust
A/C change
Tuner
Laydown plate
and some P/C on various parts
Possibly some Fat 50 wheels
All this will make my Lo clean and mean and ready for spring.

New wheels, new tires, have the exhaust repowdercoated (since it is rusting in the same places it was when I had them do it the first time). Thinking hard about changing out to some Roland Sands bars.
Mostly going to be working on the FXR, got the motor and trans done and just waiting on the back ordered wheels to put it together.

Powder coat my tins (sparkle copper)
Powder coat my sliders, triple trees, console, and rim hoops (gloss black)
New hugger front fender
18x5.5 rear wheel
16" road 6 custom apes
New seat
Mini rail sissy bar
New headlight with HID kit
LED tribar tailight and LED bullet turn signals
Lowering kit (if I need it after the 18" wheel)
New Speedo (mines broke)
Grips and braided cables if it is in the budget
And I think thats it
