I rode her home and it was a great ride. I ride about 50 miles a day, mostly late at night, trying to get used to the weight and the power. The best thing I did was rent a bike for 2 days which gave me the confidence I needed to feel safe riding her home. I wish I could of done the whole Harley experience sooner because this is a great way to escape. There is much more I would like to do to her but dont want to put her in the shop, I dont think I can be without for more than a day, and it takes my dealer 4 days to switch out the primary and 2 days to put on the windshield. I better learn how to 'wrench'--which is not going to be easy since all I know how to do is sell booze.
