Hey guys, I am looking to get rid of the buckhorn syle bars off of my springer and replace them with either some 9.5 or 12.5 ape hangers. What are the brands to stay away from? I was looking at some drag specialties and Bikers Choice.
I am also looking to change bars on my Springer. The only thing I can tell from experience is "you get what you pay for" . I know people say it all of the time but it is very true. I am looking at the Roland Sands Designs handlebars. They are really high quality ! Check them out on the web and see what you think.
Make sure you get Springer bars as the spacing for the risers are different. I prefer name brands as my personal experience is that the quality of brand name bars is much nicer than less expensive, but I do know that Drag Specialists bars are made in the same factory as a lot of other name brands.

Great guy to deal with. I found them through google shopper or something like that. I then called to verify everything was on the up and up and they assured me. So I bought them over the phone, and they came in fast. They are the real deal and cheaper than anywhere else I could find em.
