I have the LED passing lamps, they are brighter than the OEM H3 bulbs. The thing is that their spectrum is white more than yellow, and in broad day light they are less noticeable, but there is no comparison in night time. Like someone said, if you run the high beam in the day time, you will be visible, no doubt.
