Steve just installed the same kit & pipe combo on an '01 Fatboy (same bike I have) so he is going to send me the map he made for that bike. That should save me a ton of Dyno time. Should be able to upload the map to my PCIII put her on the dyno and make some minor adjustments.

It's all top end. No bottom end work, no case splitting.

I got everything but the heads & pipes yesterday. I was kinda miffed at the UPS guy though, he just left all the stuff on the front porch. He comes late in the day though so they weren't out there long. The jugs are real nice, the fins are alot thicker than the stockers. Heres some pics of some of the goodies.

Man I'd love to get involved with a top-end swap to get some experience with it.
Makes me want to find a small engine class at the local tech school. This stuff gets me fired up.
Jealous as much that you can actually do this with your experience (and time) as much as the bumpity bump bump you're gonna get when you flick the throttle when you're done.

I haven't decided if I'm gonna install it myself or pay someone to do it. I'm afraid the cam swap will be a little over my head. I'd like to do it myself because it really doesn't look that hard, I'm just afraid I'll get stuck. I had a buddy that did a similar build in 12 hours, he had never done one before. He rode that bike for 10000 mi with no trouble, then sold it. He also put a 240 wide tire kit on the same bike. Now he has a Roadking with a stage 1, he hardly even washes it, lol.

if you can do the jugs, pistons and heads, you can do the cams, get the service manual, be sure everything is clean then prelubed and take your time.
