I have to send him my heads after I pull them off. He told me he will either do my heads on receipt or send me a set that have already been done if he has them in stock. But I already have all the parts except the heads so I can get all the other parts instelled while waiting on the heads. I have talked to several guys about the 10.5:1 they have no detonation issues. I always run premium in my bike anyway. I talked to one of my buddies yesterday who did his own bigbore kit and gear drive set up. He told me he'd help me do mine, which is sweet because that'll save me $600-$800 in labor. I'll also get to learn how to do a topend overhaul.

My old Evo had somewhere between 10 and 10 1/2:1 compression and ran like a top, considering it was an 80" 13 year old evo with a lot of miles after the rebuild.
