Ger the TTS Mastertune, easier than the SERT and from the guys that wrote the original software for HD SERT. You can tune bike yourself and no piggy back box hassle.

Both TTS and SERT are great tuners. You will get as many opinions as there are people here

I am very happy with my SERT. Im not the type that is going to make engine mods on my own so I wasnt concerned about having to have it tuned on a dyno. I had it done at the dealer and it runs great and gets great gas mileage. At they dealer they were surprised when I reported that I was getting 55 mpg. After the first few tanks and needing to hear the pipes roar all the time of course. Now I ride it like it will come out of my pocket if it breaks as apposed to riding it like I stole it.

I am happy with my SERT. If I were to lose the *dongle* I would probably be screwed if I needed to change settings again. That's the only thing I don't like about it. On trips, before I blew the fiberglass outa the baffles, I was averaging 51-52 MPG.

I went the SE route and had my dealer dyno it. Bike runs great. FYI, it's now called the SE Super Tuner Pro. A lot of guys run the PC V as well. There's a separate section on the Tech Forum that may be helpful to you:

If you are going to get the bike dyno tuned I would ask your tuner what he likes...although I already had my PCV, my tuner prefers the TTS.
