I got an idea, since most of us are willing to test out the 21", why do we all just pony up and spring for a communal 21" tire and rim, pass it around the globe and let everyone give it a whirl for 30 days. JK.
and one other thing, the ride will probably be alot worse with the 21
and on that point you would be surprised...the 90 tires might be shaky but thats because they are being stretched past their design intent My 120/70 rolls like a dream and the heavier front wheel has a better feel to it in the tracks. Combined with the wide beach bar it feels like I make small, subtle moves and the bike just goes where I need it to like it wants nothing better than to please my every whim...
If you haven't rolled on one don't be quick to judge.

I like my 18" my problem is I start doing quick mock ups like this and think it looks bad a$$
Still might just get 18" fat spokes Front and back
That's really good how you've done that!
You could turn a few bucks by doin mock ups for people before they buy!
I'm first, I'll have a mock up with your bare bones seat on my ride!

I agree about leaving it the way it is. Something about the black and everything else it just looks like a classy bike. With that being said, I'm putting a 21 x 2.15 on mine lol. I won't have much in mine though.
