Every day I stare at these two pictures, but I can't make up my mind. I want to stay relatively old skool, but I really like RW smoothies with those beefy spokes.
What do you's think...powdercoat the factory rims and stay 16" or go with 18" RW's similar to likestoride's bike below, but with black rims and polished spokes. I don't want to go with 16" RW's because it's a bit too clustered and I know I'll have to get custom tires if I go 18".
My vote would definately be Fat Daddys, love the fat spokes!
I kept the 16" with mine & still happy with the choice But yes the 18" look good too, just to me though, the larger wheels seem to lose a bit of Old Skool look! & if you say you want to keep the old skool look, you may be losing it a little? The larger wheels give a newer look & still look great, it just depends on the overall style your looking for?
It is each to their own Pal, we're all different! You just make sure your happy, that's the name of the game!

Hey Chap, do you have any direct side profile pics of your ride, like those above? I'd like to see the 16's.
Thanks.
Hey prldrm, IMO the Fat Spokes can't be beat. My vote is for the Fat Spokes!
I'm assuming the first bike is yours and I'd vote for the fat spokes on the 2nd bike with the powder coat and maybe nipples the color of your two tone?
