I had my stock FLHRC seat modified buy MeanCity to lower the seat and narrow the nose. i also requested some Memory foam for comfort , after the seat broke in , about 600 miles it is SUPER Comfey . I rode 500 miles one day and was very comfortable all day . This was WAY more Thrifty than spending $300 to $700 for a new seat .
For the MeanCity modes . total was around $145 this included the shipping . $18.50 USPS with insurance to ship there and Allen shipped the seat back FedX $15
I recently did a three day trip. 700 the first and 500 the next two. Then a week later, I rode home. Had no problems with my butt or back on that trip. I have front/rear mustang seats, and they are worth every penny.
