Different years of bike may be different fitment, when I first got my Deluxe 07, I bought a 2010 Heritage seat for it, fitted perfectly.
Thing about the Heritage seat is it affords the rider a little more room, as we all know the Deluxe seat is good but if your taller than 5'4'' it doesnt give you enough room.
Heritage seat is much more comfortable, however a Lepera or C&C solo is the way to go.
When you guys say the Heritage seat is more comfortable, do you mean that it gives you more room and therefore a better angle, or is there really a difference in the foam/padding?
Never rode a Lux, but I will say I am totally pleased with our stock Heritage seat.
Of all the bikes I've had and on two of them I even added custom seats, this is the most comfortable seat I've ever had.
Most I've ridden with it was 5days on vacation last summer, 375miles a day and I loved it and never had pain one.
