Not sure if I can post pictures yet or what but I'll try to get one on here of my Heritage. I tired using the Insert Image in Advanced Reply but it 's asking for a URL of the picture.

Nice ride! Is that a blacked out windshield I see? What's the advantages?
I'm 63 and bought my Heritage 2 yrs ago. I didn't think I would go back to a softail after riding an Electra Glide for the past 12 yrs or so but that Heritage kept calling me back every time I went into the dealer. It fit me just right and my neighbor wanted my EG so cash in hand I bought her. Two trips out to Sturgis and couldn't be happier.
Not saying I wouldn't ever go back but right now I don't think so.Just finished the chrome lowers which aren't on this pic and thinking hard about the leather tour pak.
What I like most is the seat height and the way you sit in the saddle. Very comfortable all day ride. I've done a couple 600 mile days, one 700 & one 800 mile day.
hey waxer i share ur opinions on the heritagr.after 10yrs and 90k on my 01 roadglide i was fortunate enuf to be able to swing a new bike.bought an 2011 flstc on 07/15/11 and do not regret it.to all the touring friends who told me not to,youll miss this or it rides too har or whatever, all i can say is i got the bike i wanted and it is everything i need.can just tool around,or strap on a bag and be gone for weeks.i did a test ride first, then rented one for a day to really put it through its pacces, then the planets aligned, got a good price for the roadglide(great bike just not doin much 2 wk trps)and a good deal on the flstc.so far managed 5k and everytime i back it up i just smile.love the counterbalance engine, anf the 96" 6sp combo is a pleasure to ride.

I had a couple buddies tell me that too. I do miss the stereo sometimes but mainly the tour pak which as I said I'm thinking of adding as detachable.
And I'm 27, I was expecting more people to say your to young for that bike when I got it, but I never here that. Most people say, that's what a real motorcycle should look like!
That's exactly what my Dad said when I bought mine in 2009...he used to have a '76 Superglide, but says that the Heritage really "looks the part." I was only 30 at the time and thought I would be the youngest guy on a Heritage, but I've met a few that are younger. It's just a great all-around ride. A pic of my two favorite things...since this pic, I've put on Samson 33" dual fishtail mufflers, chrome front end, and the nostalgic grips.
Everyone has said so many great things about the Heritage, I can't think of anything else to say. If I ever trade my 07 with 26000 miles on it, it would be another Heritage. I am 60 and it does make me think of the classic HD bikes.
I bought this when I was promoted to O3 in the Navy. I love it. Versatile, comfortable and fully equipped. My wife and I love to go out and ride. I ride mine to work, there is nothing like getting on one in the am for a wake up, or riding home in the afternoon to relieve stress. I have a Stage 1 package, and I think the only real thing I would want to replace is the exhaust. I have SE on now and would love to have a set of true duels in black for it. I did add a few Peace Officer Spl items to match the bike. No frills, just simple.
