For me, the stealership installed mine, however i don't think its low enough. I think they said 1" or so, but it still looks high. Does anyone know if I gan go lower, with the kit Harley sells?
I just lowered mine 2" in both the front and back with the Progressive Suspension kits. Haven't ridden it yet, though. But it sure looks cool. I plan to post some pics when the winter project is complete. Just waiting for the new seat to arrive.....

If you do decide to lower the bike, don't forget to check the sidestand height before going out to show how great your bike looks. Trust me, it's really embarrassing to back up to the curb, then have to go home because you can't park there without the bike falling over.
Just boughta kit from ebay with the "extended bolts".I have a press at work, so it was pretty easy once I figured out what I was doing, no instructions came with them of course...it was harder unbolting the shocks from the frame than taking them apart
