All I did was change the baffles on my V&H BSS exhaust to another kind of baffle. Such a small change should not require a dyno run right! Is there a fine tune on a dyno that takes only a few minutes to check! Have the PC-V and Big Sucker air. I'll ask my dealer but he's always looking for bucks so it would be nice if I had some background here.
Since you had baffles before the change-over, you're probably good to go...
I doubt the dealer is going to give you a quick check on the dyno for a discount.
Did you already have it dyno tuned. If not I highly recommend it. A canned map just doesn't compare to a custom one.

Just bite the bullet.
I swapped out the baffles on my BSL and never really noticed any difference in performance. Unless you made a big change and really open or restricted your exhaust, I wouldn't worry to much about it as long as your bike still seems to be running good. But that's just my two cents...
