I think there's a general consensus that looks aside, the Ultimate Seat is the most comfortable. The Mustang gets high marks for looks and comfort, but every *** is different.
HAHA, I knew that I had heard of Mean City Cycles before.... His shop is 5 miles from my parents House....LOL. Learn something new every day!
I used to Love the Mustang Touring Seat on my Road*. Had the drivers removable backrest. It looked real good as well. You can get it with the studs to match the Heritage
Bags.
I have seen Mean City's work. Good bang for the buck.
Mustang moves the rider closer to the handlebars, so unless you are short, that is a non-starter.
The stock Heritage Springer seat is really desirable, and is a known "super seat" from the factory. Very comfy.
If you like the look of your stock seat, I would consider getting a shop to re-pad it using some memory/gel foam under the stock cover. I have a friend with a 100 anniversary Fatboy who is doing just that. Best of both worlds, IMHO.

There is a guy down in the vendors section that advertises stock seat mods and it looks like he does whatever you want with your seat. Just something to look into.
I only have experience with the Mustang Low Down w/backrest. I’ve been using it for about a year now. I like the way it feels, no real complaints. They are expensive so you may want to see if you can get a shop to rework yours, may save some $.
