Then you just need the/a splash guard to go there. Can be home made out of plastic or light steel.

You might wanna fabricate a piece of rubber or something to cover that gap if you don't have the piece that fits there. I'm sure the dirt, water, and road grime the tire kicks in there can't be good on the electrical connections under there.

yep I figured a piece of innertube will do the job.. I searched online and couldn't find what that piece is called. I'd get one from the dealer if it made things easy and wasn't ridiculously priced

Just ask around to find someone who has put a Power Commander on their bike. The units come with a deeper ECU tray and the old one does not get used. maybe someone will get you their old one. On that same vein, try calling FuelMoto, maybe they have an old one left over from an install.
