It's a Craigslist scam that they've been running here in CA for years. Don't waste your time. She'll give you some sob story about her son/brother/cousin who died in the middle east and just wanting to get rid of it blah blah. Then they ask you for some cash to get the title corrected or some crap like that. Google search "2003 HD Softail Fat Boy Custom $2800" and read what comes up. Heres the same add running in Los Angeles right now.... http://losangeles.craigslist.org/wst...930563450.html

If you do a search on the VIN most likely you will find the exact same posting verbatim with same pics and all from somewhere else in the country from earlier this year. Except of course the earlier one was legit and had a real price. Saw one of these through a scam site called worldwide yard sales or something like that a year back.

Yup, it's a scam. They run the same racket up here in Maine/New Hampshire. They'll get you on the hook and then tell you it's actually located in Florida, or something like that, and want money wired before they arrange shipment. Just keep looking, you get what you pay for and there are no cheap Harleys.
