Default Decel popping

Just flashed my Rocker with a Power Vision I got from Fuel Moto, and now the bike pops like crazy on decel. Going to call Fuel Moto and talk to them about it, but since I won't be able to get ahold of them until tomorrow wanted to hear others results. I thought that a tuner would help reduce popping, not increase it.

should be an easy fix. As far as I remember, you'll need to add a little fuel in the first couple columns under throttle position. I'm sure they'll be able to get you all setup.

Only 20 threads? I'd be surprised if it's only 20...

The map you flashed in is an approximation of the A/F mixture(s) for a cross section of bikes with similar set-up. This is like my V&H FuelPak. The FP instructions give you some advice on one setting to "help" with popping. I'm sure FuelMoto can provide better help as they don't seem to be secretive about which settings to tweak to dial in your specific set-up. Or...put it on a dyno.

Decel popping is either a sign that the bike is still running to lean or an exhaust leak. Usually on a Harley it is too lean.

I fixed my decel popping with a Zippers ThunderMax A/T, Vance and Hines BSL, and Arlen Ness Big Sucker. Does great now; 'knock on wood'!

All the probs so many have in here over all the Yrs is why I did the SERT and a dyno tune.

Yep, it cost more but I don't and didn't have the problem and its been perfect for 5yrs since I've put it in...

But most are looking for the cheaper way to tune U bike and get good results... Each to there own and how to get it...
