Skull LED Fuel Gauge install question
I know this is bad, but I have no service manual and the intructions say to replace the yellow/white spedo wire with the grey one included in the kit. I havetwo yellow/white wiresunder the dash panel on my 06 softail fuel injected, anyone installed this fuel gauge on the FI '06and know which connector/wire the grey one replaces? Thanks for the help!

it a yellow/ white wire going into the speedo connector, on my '06 Deucethereisonly oneyellow/ white wire going into the speedo connector.
you need to remove the yellow/ white wire from the speedo connector and replace it with the grey wire.

Thanks! I found with the help of a friend who isnt colorblind. That got rid of the low fuel light, but still no LEDs on and I have a full tank. Im thinking after having them double check all the wires and makinsure everything was right, that I may have gotten a bad gauge. Do you know if there is a way to test the lights without it hooked up to the bike? I put the old analog gauge back on and it works fine? Im officially lost.

ok, did you check to make sure that you have the pins plugged into the proper spot on the fuel gauge connector?
match it up with the stock fuel gauge....
also one more thing to check, on the bottom of the LED gauge the harness might have a plug on it, check to make sure that's it's plugged in all the way.
if everything looks good and the stock gauge works but the new gauge doesn't, then I would say that you got a bad gauge.
