Smile Smooth Ride Project Semi-Complete

Here are a few pics of the finished install of my new rear suspension on my Fatboy. These pics were taken fully slammed...which looks way cooler than I thought it would...but it is not my intention to ride the bike that way, maybe an inch or 2 lower than stock is the look I like. The cool factor of lowering it at the next bike night will be well worth the price. The next phase will be adding a set of Intiminators to the front to compliment the rear.

I only had a chance to ride it for about 10 minutes yesterday because it started to rain/sleet

What a difference in comfort I noticed in such a short ride, bumps are no longer felt like before. The wife and I ride 2 up %90 of the time so she is gonna really appreciate the hard work I put into this...lol

Combined with my seat mod, I am looking forward to very extended bike rides in the summer.

On a side note, the High Position Motorcycle Lift that I used was perfect for the install.

Bike looks good. I like the color as well. If they still offered it I would consider trading mine in.
