That's kind of a lot but then what do you expect from a dealership. I come across very nice Springer Classics all the time for about $3K less. Is it a Springer Classic or Heritage Springer? You said Heritage Springer but also said FLSTSC which is the Springer Classic. A Heritage Springer is FLSTS. The main difference being some styling ques including chrome forks on the FLSTS and black forks on the FLSTSC. Either way that's too much I think.

 

$15,500 is a good out the door price - IF it has what you want on it already. That ain't the "blank canvas" price...
