Chrome and black both blow. Powder coat the entire bike hot pink and call it a day.

I like black, I like chrome, chrome is more work but looks the ultimate when its cleaned. I admire the flat but have an 05 with chrome.

Both are blank canvases. Imagine ahead on how you would like to mod it. To me the FB demands color with chrome dripping with it. The Lo's are more old skool with a bit of attitude. Black denim with the brushed alum is what sold me. I remember considering the regular FBs, Luxes, NTs and even a couple tours. Anyways it took me a few months to decide via researching and a ton of custom pics.

I like them both. But I have to admit a certain love for the old school Fat Boy. I also have thought about the denim and brushed look will eventually go out of style. Buy what winds yo clock.

I hope the flat black and brushed look doesn't go in style.

I'm with you. More time riding, less timing cleaning chrome.

Hey Mike, I bought the standard Fatboy, you mean I can buy the Lo rear shocks and the bike will look like the Lo ?

Hey Buddy, I just got a FB standard. Would you mind if I ask you how did you lower yours ? I might do the same.
Thanks
