Default question on bagger-tail mounts

I have a 2011 heritage softail. Will the cyclevision bagger-tail mounts work with my removeable backrest? While we're at it, do they work with a stock exhaust? Will I have to move my tail light and signals?

Yes backrest will work, Pretty sure you will need lower exhaust, and the taillight will be fine.

You need a exhaust that exits lower than the rear axle I believe. I have these and am running duals. What kind of bags are you planning on getting?

I have the bagger tail. Works with removable backrest. I don't know though about the exhaust. I run a Fat Cat and my turn signals have long been replaced like those that come on the deluxe. Sorry for the little help.

I got some used hd touring bags on ebay. I'll have them in my hands tomorrow. I read somewhere that the stock pipes would be okay. Thanks for the help.

So worst case scenario you might have to change the light bar out. Good luck man. I luv the hard bags. I am now planning on going to the extended bags now with samson true duals. First however I need to get an airride on it. Am ordering the shotgun tomorrow.

Look at the pic in the post below yours. You can see how low the bikes need to be. Compare that pic to your bike.
