Default Posible tire problem

Running a custom tire from Tab and was cleaning the bike up tonight for a 600 mile trip this weekend and come across this. what do you guys think? Going to call TAb tommorow to see what he thinks it is hope i can run it this weekend. Feels like the white wall has seperated from the tire. I am running the tire tubeless if it matters.

I don't think it would be a problem to run, because it is fused over the regular tire. I would want a new tire if that is the case

Yeah looks like trapped gas between the base tire and the vulcanized ww or maybe just a spot where it didnt bond. I wonder if surface contamination during the process could cause this? Im sure those guys will send you a new one. I would agree with Kozy, should be fine to ride.
